HOW TO MEASURE YOUR FOOT

 1. Place your foot on a sheet of paper. Mark a line over your longest toe and the heel of your foot.

TIP: It helps to hold the pencil straight around your foot

2. Use a ruler to measure the foot length distanced marked

You have up to 30 days from your ship date to try on your dance shoes. If for any reason you don't like the fitting of your shoes. Return them for an exchange or refund. No questions asked. The Fit and feel of our dance shoes are guaranteed.

• Only dance shoes in the world that contain extra padding in the areas you need the most relief – under the balls of the feet and heels.

• Extra-stabilized heel. Since the shoe itself is sturdy and won’t wobble, your leg muscles don’t need to work as hard to stabilize themselves. This allows for less fatigue/soreness, especially in the calves.

• Anti-scratch material on the heels. It’s a fact of dancing that the heels will collide. It’s inevitable, and this leads to ugly scratches/deterioration of the heels. Well, we solved this problem as well. We use anti-scratch material in the heels, so they’re stay looking fresh and new for a long time.

• Microfiber insole doesn’t absorb sweat. Most other dance shoes on the market use suede, which will absorb sweat and get stinky real quickly.We ship out all orders within 48 hours.

The shipping rates are displayed on your shopping cart page, with a map showing your location and the option to select a different location. You are NOT obligated to make the purchase or provide a payment method if you do not choose to proceed to checkout.

SHIPPING CARRIER

By default, Yami Shoes ships orders by Priority Mail® through the USPS. For expedited shipping, Express Mail is also available.

PROCESSING TIMES

Yami Shoes processes online orders 7 days a week with some exceptions such as holidays. We typical process and package online orders placed before 3:00 pm EST on the same day an order is placed. Online orders placed after 3:00 PM EST are processed the following business day. Orders with a large number of items may take 2 or more additional days to process. While we process orders 7 days a week, USPS picks up shipments from our warehouse Monday through Saturday, with some exceptions including holidays.

Yami Shoes does not assume any responsible for any delays with shipping an order or the manner it was delivered after it is transferred to the possession of USPS or any other carrier.

EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have up to 30 days from your SHIP DATE to try on your shoes and confirm that the fit and feel is to your liking.

Shoes must be in new unused condition to qualify as a return / exchange!

✅ The definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.

✅ Please try your shoes on a clean surface.

✅ Shoes must not have, foot imprints, discoloring or dirt on the insole.

✅ Dirty outsoles are also unacceptable.

✅ Include your shoe bag with your return!
