In rare cases and solely at our discretion, an exchange may be approved. If an exchange is authorized, please note:
- Customer Responsibility for Shipping: All shipping costs—both for returning the original item and for shipping the new item—are the customer’s responsibility.
- No Guarantee of Stock Availability: We cannot guarantee the availability of your desired item at the time of exchange, as sale items are offered in limited quantities.

BOGO Sales Policy
Please note that all BOGO (Buy One, Get One) sales are final. Shoes purchased as part of a BOGO promotion are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This policy applies exclusively to items within the BOGO collection.
EASY EXCHANGES
You have up to 30 days from your SHIP DATE to try on your shoes on a clean surface and confirm that the fit and feel is to your liking. Please visit our RETURN CENTER to start the exchange process.
Shoes must be in new, unused condition to qualify as a exchange.
- The definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.
- Items that cannot be returned or exchanged include gift cards, heel caps, shoe brushes, and customized products.

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE

EXPLANATION OF KEY TERMS

Exchange: When a customer returns a product to receive a different size, color, or style, this is considered an exchange. The customer sends back the original product and receives a replacement product in return.

Store Credit: Store credit is a form of currency that can only be used at Yami Shoes. When a customer returns an item and chooses not to exchange they will be issued store credit, minus the shipping cost of the return. This credit can then be used for future purchases at Yami Shoes.

Gift Card: A gift card is a pre-loaded card or digital code that can be used as a form of payment at Yami Shoes. Gift cards can be purchased by customers and given as gifts or issued by Yami Shoes as a form of store credit.
- Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" are available at significant discounts and are sold "as is." These items are not eligible for free shipping, returns, exchanges, or refunds.
PERFECT FIT PROMISE! ONE FULL ROUND PER ORDER (USA DOMESTIC ORDERS ONLY)
Please note that we offer one full round of free exchanges per order, available only for customers in the USA. This free round is designed for customers who plan to keep their shoes but need to adjust the fit, size, or style. The following is a simple explanation of how our Free Exchanges process works:
1. We provide free shipping for the initial delivery of your order within the USA.
2. If your shoes don't fit well or meet your expectations, we'll cover the cost of shipping the shoes back to us as part of the free round of exchanges.
3. Once we receive the returned shoes, we'll send you an exchange pair with no extra cost.
We process exchanges within 15 business days after receiving the returned shoes. The replacement shoes are shipped via USPS ground, which takes about 3-5 business days to arrive.
Please remember that the free round of exchanges is only offered once per order. If you need to make additional exchanges after the first round, you'll need to cover the shipping costs.
For customers outside the USA, please note that you are responsible for shipping costs. All refunds and store credits are processed in USD, and we do not cover VAT for international orders.
STORE CREDIT POLICY
Store credit is not allowed after engaging in the free round of exchanges.
Store Credit: Returns are refunded as store credit, minus shipping charges. Store credits do not expire!
No exceptions to this policy will be made.
We want to ensure a fair and transparent return process for all our customers, and as such, it is essential that customers understand their responsibility for shipping charges when requesting store credit, as opposed to the free round of exchanges for those who intend to keep their shoes. We believe this policy supports our commitment to customer satisfaction while maintaining the sustainability of our business.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We pack and ship the shoes out within 24 hours of placing the order during business days. The customer has 24 hours to cancel the order with no charges incurred. To cancel an order, the best way to communicate is by texting our number. If the shoes are shipped prior to the customer canceling, they will incur shipping fees and restocking fees.
STORE CREDIT PROCESSING TIME
We process store credit within 15 business days of receiving the returned shoes or items. If the shoes /items pass inspection, we will process the store credit or exchange within an additional 3 business days.
EXCHANGE PROCESSING TIME
We process exchanges and store credit within 15 business days of receiving the returned shoes or items. If the shoes /items pass inspection, we will process the store credit or exchange within an additional 3 business days.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items marked as "Final Sale" are available at significant discounts and are sold "as is." These items are not eligible for free shipping, returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Non-returnable and Non-exchangeable: Due to the steep discounts we offer on these products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on Final Sale items. Please consider your purchase carefully.
Condition: Final Sale items are not second-hand or defective. They are new products offered at a reduced price and maintain the same quality standards as all our products.
Shipping: Final Sale items do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs for these items are required to be covered by the purchaser as part of the terms of purchase.
SHOE INSPECTION
Shoes must be in new, unused condition to pass inspection and qualify as a return/exchange.
- The definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.
- If the items show sign of wear, exchange/store credit will be denied. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping/returning items that show sign of wear.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
If an item goes on sale 48 hours after the customer places an order, we will issue a store credit for the difference.
DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes have an expiration date. We will not accept discount codes after they expire. Additional discounts that are offered after a purchase are for the customer's next order, not the current order. If customers try to abuse the discount code benefit, we reserve the right not to honor the discount code.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an item has been delivered by the shipping company, we do not take responsibility for stolen goods. An email with a tracking number is provided when the order is placed. We recommend customers track their orders and retrieve their products promptly upon delivery. If an item is lost by the shipper, we will work with you to get the item replaced. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

FAQ - SHIPPING, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer one full round of free returns and exchanges per order for USA domestic orders. This includes free shipping for the initial delivery of your order, free return shipping if the shoes do not fit, and free shipping of the exchanged pair. This free round is for customers who intend to keep their shoes and need adjustments for fit, size, or style.
We process exchanges, returns, and store credit within 15 business days of receiving the returned shoes or items. If the shoes/items pass inspection, we will process the return, exchange, or store credit within an additional 3 business days.

Gift cards never expire. Store credit expires one year after being issued.
This can happen if:
1)an address is invalid or missing information
2)the carrier is unable to deliver your package
3)the order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery.
✅ Returned to sender or refused packages will be restocked. A restocking fee of $3.99 will be charged to your account. You will be issued store credit minus the initial shipping charge.
✅ We are unable to replace or reship in these instances as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Center.
✅ Instead, please use the Store Credit to place a new order using the correct address. Keep in mind that we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.
