What items are returnable?
- Items purchased within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
- Wrong item or Size Delivered - If an online purchase of an item is incorrectly shipped by us we will take full responsibility. There would be no restocking or shipping charges!
- New unused dance shoes - The definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: without showing signs of wear or damage in any way (and specifically for shoes, to include without limitations, foot imprints on the insole and/or discolored or dirty.
- In the original packaging - Please include your shoe bag with your return
- Exchanges -You may return an item(s) AND exchange it for the same item(s) in a different size or color, or of the same dollar value. Please note, you are responsible for shipping charges for all returns. you may purchase a shipping label from us at a discounted price.
- Defective Goods - Defective goods are items that have a defect prior to wear. There is no shipping charge for the return of defective items or items we may have shipped incorrectly.
What items are non-refundable?
- Pre-Order / Custom Shoe Orders - Custom orders are specially made for you!Custom orders are orders of shoes with specific colors or heel size request outside what we normally carry in stock.
- Used Dance Shoes - The definition of used dance shoes is without showing signs of wear or damage in any way (and specifically for shoes, to include without limitations, foot imprints on the insole and/or discolored or dirty.
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for returns by Yami Dance Shoes
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping charges - Please note, additional shipping charges may apply for items you add above the value of your original order. There are no shipping charges for items mistakenly shipped or defective goods. Yami Dance Shoes takes full responsibility. All other shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds and exchanges are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
