2026 Holiday & Black Friday Final Sale Policy

Effective for qualifying promotional purchases placed November 1–December 25, 2026: ALL HOLIDAY SALE PURCHASES ARE FINAL. Items purchased at a designated Yami holiday, VIP, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Christmas promotional price are not eligible for standard returns, size/style exchanges, refunds, or store credit for preference, fit, or change of mind. Please verify your size, style, heel, and shipping details before checkout.

Regular-price purchases: Items not purchased under a designated holiday promotion remain subject to the regular published Yami return/exchange policy. When an order contains both promotional and regular-price items, the Final Sale rule applies only to the qualifying promotional items.

Exceptions: Final Sale does not remove applicable remedies for manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or rights required by law. The applicable 180-Day Quality Warranty remains in effect for eligible manufacturing defects, subject to its terms. Contact Yami Shoes for assistance with a defective or incorrectly fulfilled order.

Shipping and discounts: Shipping costs, eligibility and delivery estimates are shown at checkout or in the specific promotion. No free-shipping promise or additional price adjustment is implied by this policy. Offers are subject to their stated eligibility and dates.

This dated policy takes precedence over any general free-exchange or 30-day return wording solely for qualifying 2026 holiday promotional purchases. Purchases made before November 1, 2026 are not affected.
