How a Dance Shoe Should Fit & Feel

We recommended that new dance shoes should fit very snug.  Depending on the material used to construct your dance shoe,

shoes may stretch up to one-half size wider.  Dance shoes should feel tight after the shoes stretch to limit movement of one's

foot within the shoe when dancing. The dance shoe should be an extension of your foot. You don't want a shoe that fits you loosely.

For Women's Dance shoes, your toes should be at the tip of the shoe, and it is acceptable to have one's toes slightly extending over

the front of the shoe. If the sole of the dance shoe extends past your toes, then the shoe is too big.

Yami Dance Shoes are sized to the United States street shoe sizing (true to size). While the length is sized to US shoe sizing standards,

the width may vary from style to style.  Unless otherwise stated in the description of our dance shoes, the width of our dance shoes

I have a very narrow foot, an AA narrow. My true size is a 9 but rarely do 9s stay on due to width. Therefore, ill often wear 8.5, which is usually still wide but will stay on my foot. Please help choose correct sizing.

Also, do your styles come in narrow?? And if so, should I then order a size 9 narrow, and if not, an 8.5 m?
