All About Shipping

Here at Yami’s, our team is working hard to fulfill all orders at the earliest time possible. However, the time it takes to receive the shoes will depend on certain factors. That’s why it’s important to check our shipping terms before making a purchase. 

If you’re a first-time customer or simply curious about our shipping terms, this guide is for you! Here are some helpful tips as well as essential shipping infos you need to know:

Shipping Dates Do Change

Processing an order is done on the same day that the order has been placed. But for the shipping, the process is a little different. Our courier partners typically pick up the shipment from our warehouse Monday to Saturday. Once the shipment has been picked up, our courier partner will determine the shipping date. 

Because of this, Yami Shoes does not assume any responsibilities for shipping delays once it's in transit. The shipping date will change so it’s important to track your orders using the numbers provided to you.

For international shipping, the shipping date will depend on the carrier. This means that we won't be able to estimate the delivery for international shipments. But you can always track the shipping through the local carrier's official website.

The Actual Shipping Cost is at the Checkout

The actual cost of shipping the shoes to your address will be displayed at the checkout. Just key in your shipping address and the cost of shipping the item will be displayed right away for your reference.

 

Shipping is FREE for Returns

Sometimes things don’t work out and we totally understand! That’s why we’ve made our return process very easy and fuss-free. If we’ve mistakenly shipped the wrong order, you can return the shoes to us at no extra cost to you. You can use your preferred carrier or purchase a shipping label through us for a discount. 

On the other hand, if you’ve received the right order but you are not satisfied with the item for some reason, you can return the shoes to us provided that the shoes came in brand new, unused condition. In this instance, you will shoulder the shipping cost and other expenses that come with this order. 

Safe, Insured Shipping

The safety of your orders is our top priority. That's why we’ve teamed up with a carrier that ensures all items will be taken care of properly. USPS provides insurance for orders shipped Priority Mail up to $50.00 and for Priority Mail Express, up to $100 at no additional cost. Insurance claims must be made through USPS. There are, of course, certain exceptions to these terms but do visit USPS’ website for more details. 

Domestic Shipping only takes 2-3 Business Days!

That's right, domestic shipping only takes 2 to 3 days and transit times will be outlined on our shipping page once you check out. Our default shipping carrier is USPS and you can also track your orders on the carrier’s official website. www.usps.com/priority-mail/map/.

Easy Tracking

We’ve made order tracking very easy. The tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the order has been processed. If you created an account on our website, you may also retrieve the tracking number in your account. 

For international shipping, the shipping details will be displayed only up to the point where the item has been transferred from USPS to the country destination. It’s also important to call your local carrier for tracking details.
