EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have up to 30 days from your SHIP DATE to try on your shoes and confirm that the fit and feel is to your liking.
Shoes must be in new unused condition to qualify as a return / exchange!
✅ The definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.
✅ Please try your shoes on a clean surface.
✅ Shoes must not have, foot imprints, discoloring or dirt on the insole.
✅ Dirty outsoles are also unacceptable.
✅ Include your shoe bag with your return!

Exchanges?
✅ You may return an item(s) for an exchange. In the return portal you can select the item you want to exchange for. If your preferred item is not available you can change your return option to Store Credit / Gift Card.
✅ Please note that when you select exchange. The shoes or item you selected is not reserved for you immediately. Your item is reserved after your return item passes inspection.
✅ Once your return item is processed. We will process your return. If your selected item is out of stock we issue you store credit in the form of a Yami® E-Gift Card. So that you can choose your exchange or use on a future purchase.
Yami® E-Gift Cards never expire, and are redeemable right away!
Wrong item or Size Delivered
✅ If your order is incorrectly shipped by Yami® Dance Shoes. We will take full responsibility. Meaning We will cover all shipping for the return and exchange.

1. Please email us the details of your incorrect order. (info@yamishoes.com)
2. Once our team reviews and approves that the wrong item was shipped to you. We will follow up with return instructions and provide you with a prepaid return label.
3. Once your return arrives and passes inspection. We will provide you with a Yami® E-Gift card so that you can choose an exchange of your choice.
E-Gift Cards never expire, and are redeemable right away!

Defective Shoes / Products?
✅ Defective Shoes / Products are items that have a defect prior to wear.
✅ Please contact us within 3 business days and submit a photo of the defective item. Send your pictures to info@yamishoes.com
✅ Once your return is approved and fully processed. We will issue you store credit in the form of a Yami® E-Gift Card for use on an exchange or a future purchase.
E-Gift Cards never expire, and are redeemable right away!
What items are non-refundable?
✅ Pre-Order / Custom Shoe Orders - Custom orders are specially made for you! Custom orders are orders of shoes with specific colors or heel size request. Outside what we normally carry in stock.
✅ Final Sales – Final sale items are items that are super discounted where the sale is final. These items are not returnable.
Are there any charges for return?
✅ There is a small restocking fee of $3.99 Per return. They are also shipping charges by your local postal carriers
✅ Original shipping charges are non-refundable
✅ You are responsible for return shipping charges
✅ Please note: There are no shipping charges for items mistakenly shipped or defective goods. Yami® Dance Shoes takes full responsibility for defective and wrongly shipped items.
✅ All other shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Returned to Sender & Refused Packages
This can happen if:
1) an address is invalid or missing information
2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package
3) the order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery.
✅ Returned to sender or refused packages will be restocked. A restocking fee of $3.99 will be charged to your account. You will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge.
✅ We are unable to replace or reship in these instances as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Center.
✅ Instead, please use the E-Gift Card to place a new order using the correct address. Keep in mind that we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.
Do e-gift cards expire?
Yami® E-Gift Cards never expire, and are redeemable right away!
How do I start a return?
✅ Enter your order number and email address. Click Start a Return.
✅ Please Note, if you did not enter your email during checkout you will receive an error message. Please contact us with a valid email address that we can add to your account. Once we add your email you can continue with the return process.
✅ Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
✅ You will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
Refunds and exchanges are all contingent upon inspection of shoes/ product(s).
Please note that all shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Unless otherwise indicated by our return policy
Depending on the shipping method and carrier you select. Your return package may take several days to reach us.
Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number. As we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.
Without proof of receipt and delivery. Yami® Dance Shoes will not issue store credit for your returns.
Once your return is inspected. We will issue you store credit in the form of a Yami® E-Gift Card for use on your exchange or future purchase.
